SongwriterDemoService.com provides informational content and/or creative services, depending on the site's offerings. We respect your privacy. SongwriterDemoService.com does not collect personal information through web forms or user accounts. If you choose to contact us by email, any information you provide is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or completing your requested services.

Our services may include lyric rewrites, melody revisions, arrangement changes, production enhancements, or transforming AI-assisted material into more human-authored works. While these services are intended to strengthen originality and commercial usability, we do not guarantee that any song, recording, lyric, melody, or derivative work will qualify for copyright registration, publishing acceptance, sync licensing, or legal protection in any jurisdiction. Final eligibility depends on applicable law, the degree of human authorship, source material provided, and decisions made by copyright offices, publishers, distributors, or licensing entities. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice when needed.
By submitting lyrics, melodies, recordings, reference tracks, AI-generated material, text prompts, or any other content to us, you represent and warrant that you own the material or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it and authorize us to work on it. You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We do not independently verify ownership, originality, chain of title, copyright status, trademark clearance, or whether submitted materials infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SongwriterDemoService.com, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to materials you submit, your use of our services, or your breach of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason, including suspected infringement or legal risk.
SongwriterDemoService.com offers demo production services only. Clients are responsible for hiring and paying any third-party vocalists unless otherwise stated in writing. Vocalist fees are not included in our listed prices. Invoices are issued after review of client materials, and payment is due upon receipt. All invoices and payment processing are handled by our parent company, Music City Recording. Full payment is required before production work begins. Turnaround times refer only to our production process and do not include delays related to vocalist scheduling or availability.
Invoices are sent after the project details have been reviewed. Invoices, payment requests, receipts, and payment processing may be issued through or appear under our parent company, Music City Recording, or its authorized payment accounts. By purchasing services through this site, you understand and agree that charges may reference Music City Recording rather than the website brand name. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal, subject to their own terms and policies. To offset non-refundable processing fees charged by these providers, a 4% fee is added to the invoice total and labeled accordingly (e.g., Fees (PayPal 4%) or Fees (Stripe 4%)). This 4% processing fee is non-refundable, even in the event of a project cancellation. If you cancel before any production work has begun, the service fee portion of your payment will be refunded in full. If work has already started, you will be billed for the portion completed, either as a percentage of completion or based on hours worked (current hourly rate: $35 USD). Any applicable balance will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding the 4% processing fee.
